He said, "Hello Mom... I come in peace." :D:

I said, "Go back to bed, Honey, it's not morning yet."

He said, "But I've been sleeping for a looooong time." (since 8:00)

I told him that HSdad and I hadn't even gone to bed yet and that he had seven more hours to sleep.

Then he went back to bed.

we're kinda having the same problem.

it takes us hours to get my little brother to go to bed.

i guess its because with 5 siblings who wants to be in bed and missing all the action of the household? hehe

HAHA!! 'I come in peace'., that's great! My little 4 year old sister is sick and yesterday morning she went to get my mom up and she said
'mommy, something's not right' and my mom said
'yea, you're sick sweetie' and my sister said
'oh yea, that's right'

I remember a while back when I was having dinner with my sister's family. My five year old nephew came downstairs and said "redrum" in a funny voice while moving his index finger. Then he silently climbed back up the stairs. It was really cute!! (Come to think of it, it was more like he floated up the stairs)

When my daughters were little and they kept getting out of bed, one of us would hide, put a sheet over our head, then jump out at her roaring like a monster. It would scare the bejeebers out of her. It would be another year or two before they even thought of getting out of bed at night again.

One of my friends' kids and I play "sleeping dragon." I'm the dragon, and I pretend to be sleeping. They try to wake me up to no avail, until I jump up and scare the carp out of them. They love it.

Haha, this thread got me thinking about all the crazy things my little sibs have done...I remember this one time my little brother was about 3, and he hated it when my mom left. So she and my dad were going out on night to dinner i believe. She came down and had hairspray in her hair and some kind of perfume on, and my little brother starts to wimper and says,
'Mommy, where are you going?' not wanting to upset him, my mom casually said
'No where,' and started loading the dishwasher. He gives her a questionable look, and then replies,
'Then why do you smell?'
