A country of course has the right to make its own laws (and enforce them) without interference from the international community. Provided these laws fall within the humanitarian standards the international community accepts, there should be no problem. Free speech is dangerous and not everyone drinks that kool-aid.
This is a clear case of a man who thumbed his nose at the Austrians about a VERY sensitive subject. He should be prosecuted because he broke the law.

i am not sure that the question is so much should he, but why would they wait this long ..... It is 16 years after this occurred. One would think breaking the law would have slightly more immediate consequences (though maybe i read it wrong and i have my dates wrong. That could be to)
