Here's a very short, reader's digest version.

Well, first off, none of this was my fault...

I finally got a Chemistry partner. A very good thing, since alot of the labs require two people. However, there is one big problem with my lab partner: This guy is a little bit dim. I'm not trying to be unchristian or anything. Just stating a fact.
(bad, but not my fault)

So we're doing a pH lab. In the kit there's concentrated HydroFluric Acid and concentrated Sodium Hydroxide. I'm a smartass--which you should all know by now (everyone who knows me knows this). I tell him that he should pour both dripper bottles into a beaker and see what happens.
(neutral, my fault)

I went to the classroom portion of the lab to retrieve my text book.

We've already established in paragraph one that this guy is not the brightest bulb in the chandalier. Boiling water, caustic chemicals and shards of glass pepper the room just as I return.
(bad, but I still say not my fault)

Somehow I get blamed for this, I get a one week suspension from school, I have to pay to replace the beaker, and I get grounded.

it is kind of funny. unless if it was me and then it wouldn't be funny. but its a story you can tell all the people you meet on the internet. nice to have you back
