old catholics are such jokes. most of them have abondend all Catholic principles because they did not want to accept Papal infallibility. Now since they have seperated themselves from the Barque of peter they have no unity, and have become de facto protestants.

You mean schismatics, or radical traditionalists. I've actually never heard them referred to as "Old Catholics"... although that may be because I'm still new to the Church.

No...the Old Catholics are a heretical sect that rejected the Vatican I (yeah, Vatican ONE) Council on the matter of papal infallibility.

The "traditional" group quickly came to accept every little change any member wanted...it's pretty much liberal Protestant.
