broken Rosary

Hello,

When I was out earlier this morning, the crucifix on my Rosary fell off. Luckily, I recovered the crucifix but the metal clasp that attached it was lost in the snow. When I got back to the dorm, I pulled apart a staple and used the metal to securely refasten the crucifix to the rest of the beads. My question - Did the Rosary lose its blessing when it fell apart, or is it still blessed?

The blessing of an object conveys a blessing on the person who uses the said object whether it's a car, a rosary or a medal.

The rosary is still blessed if it can still be used.
