Laudate_Dominum Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 I busted up laughing when I saw this: I was reading an obscure medieval theology text (I can't name the theologian cause I love him to much to let him become the explicit butt of a joke), and the guy had obviously been a bit too steeped in scholasticism. , when he could have just said, "John Smith wrote this book" he chose to put it in the scholastic question and answer format: "What is the efficient cause or author of this book?"
