ch3p3 Posted February 10, 2012 Posted February 10, 2012
There's an Orthodox Wiki too... just sayin St. John of Damascus is their patron... Just sayin again
St. John of Damascus is one of my favorite saints! The Orthodox Wiki is very impressive, seems to use the latest MediaWiki. The Catholic Wiki (last I checked) has 719 articles posted in English (and none in other languages), seems to use an older version of MediaWiki, likely outdated. L’encyclopédie franciscaine Wikitau est en français. Searching the word "anglais" (that's French for English, or English in French) will give you fifty results, but all about English people, no contents in that language You may want to check out Saint Wiki, they even have a page that lists the Catholic wikis they've found. There's not a whole lot of them, you may have more luck via your favorite search engine. Also, is there any chance PhatMass could have its own wiki? As much as I love the forum, I think much of it ought to be migrated to a wiki. If we have the answers to young Catholics' questions, they ought to be nicely published and linked up on a wiki
