am I a Convert or Cradle?

So yeah I dont know if I am a convert, or wat I am. I think I have charactoristics of both a Cradle and Convert


for some reason, my dad did not want me to be baptised, so I was not, even though my mom wanted me .. they divorced a few years later. Off and on between then, my mom talked about this idea of being Baptised.. when I was around age 12, she really tried to encourage this, got me onto Catholicism classes, and I evenrtually got Baptised at the Easter Vigil when I was age 13... if I am a Convert, it came from nothing. I wouldnt even call it athiesm since I did believe in God... I just.. didn't belong to anything... I never prayed and stuff like that I mean.. I did not even know what a Muslim,Hindu, or what anything like that was.. all I knew was "church" and Jewish. and I did not consider myself either one..

I didn't like Churches really, because most of the ones I went to are Protistant, and lot of them made me feel like I was being yelled at (you know how some of them preachers are).. I could only remember that Church was boring, and I was getting yelled at by some stranger for some reason.

so, what am I?

Your story sounds like that of a cradle Catholic with the exception of the cradle. I'm not sure what we would call you. How does 'prepube' sound? Or maybe we just call you Tony.
