How can you possibly expect to beat Dirk, who has the powers of David Hasselhoff!?!?

Say goodbye to home court advantage, Suns...

MAVS - 2
SUNS - 1

Phatmass is no place for the smut!

Go Mavs!!

Let me point out that the Suns are missing one of their best players and starters and that's Raja Bell. I'm sure the Mavs would be a different team if they had one of their starters out too.

don't worry I know how you feel. having the spurs lose in the semi-finals is pretty sufferable as well.

I blame Parker though. :annoyed: If only he would stop being so "hollywood"

But thats just me being mean.

That would be sad if Dallas moves on because thats the thing Dirk and Nash wanted all these years. Now their so close to it but yet their on different teams. But then again, the same scenario happened to michael finley not too long ago. :( Its a sad sad year this year in the nba. :ohno: But then again, I don't think any of the teams would be where they were at if they all had stayed.

Yeah, too bad Michael Finley and Steve Nash abandoned Dallas. Finley has been taught a lesson, and now it's Nash's turn.

San Antonio needs to get some younger energy players in the off-season.

Phoenix has to stop playing European style basketball--there's a reason why American basketball dominates the rest of the world.

What can I say? The Mavericks are going to win the title and most likely become a dynasty, considering the oldest starter on the team is only 28.

Scary.

Sorry all other NBA teams fans, maybe you'll be able to win a title in say... 2016?

I know, I know. Oh, wise one. Not even I can deny it this year.

All I know is if Dallas wins the national champ. title, that is just going to make everyone in the whole country know that they're not as good as they use to be or thought they were.

Really when it comes down to it, I think Dirk deserves it. I like him. I don't know how Johnson got him to play like that but gosh, he's pretty powerful.

He's like the Carl Malone, who was always there season after season, unlike the mailman Dirk will probably get the ring.

Its so scary, I'm becoming a Shaq fan. (but only because I like Wade lol)

Okay let's not get carried away here...Miami has been, to me, the most impressive team in these playoffs. They haven't faced much adversity yet, and that's saying a lot for a team that has to go through the Nets and the Pistons.

The Mavs probably wouldn't be playing today if Dirk didn't get fouled at the end of game seven. He was somewhat lucky that the Spurs were careless on defense after taking the lead.

And I see that nobody is replying to my words of wisdom regarding the awesomenes of hockey. :D:

Well, seeing that 6 out of the seven games were decided by the last shot, "what if's" could be said about any of those games.

The Spurs, without question, would have went on to beat Phoenix and Detroit/Miami if they would have one the series. It's too bad that the two best teams had to meet in the second round.

Sorry. I gave hockey a fair chance. Dallas won the Stanley cup a few years ago, and it still wasn't enough to get me into it. Especially after the season they took off.

I just can't relate. You can't play hockey in TX unless you have money and live close to an indoor ice rink--which is rare.

Hockey is no longer a major sport. Soccer is bigger than hockey now, and neither can even touch the big three:
1. NFL
2. NBA
3. MLB

Thank you for your sympathy!

I wanna see the Mavs win this year, but I really don't care. The Clippers in the Finals would have been cool. Oh and I absolutely hate Miami. Anyone who watched hoops in the mid-late 90's will understand why I as a Knick fan NEVER want to see Miami, Indiana, or Chicago anywhere near the NBA Finals!

Dynasty? Give me a break...These guys CHOKE every time the playoffs come around...

The Suns have overcome ALL adversity this year...

We made it to the WESTERN CONFERENCE FINALS without Stoudamire, Joe Johnson, and Q!

The Suns WILL WIN THIS SERIES!!!

Sorry all ya'all Mavs fans - it's a fight you ain't gonna win...

HOW BOUT THEM MAVS???? :P: :P: :P:
