Aloysius Posted January 7, 2004 Posted January 7, 2004 you can't recall me. that is explicit in the COnstitution of the Creepy ALiens of PhatMass, Special Clause 54, stating as follows Hereby, a president may be recalled by an act of the people, only if the Poll is official, meaning that either the president or any of his allys has started this poll. This does not, however, apply to presidents with special names, such as "Aloysius". Any president named "Aloysius" may not be recalled. SO shall it be written, so shall it be done. :P
Aloysius Posted January 7, 2004 Posted January 7, 2004 oh it was never written down since no one ever reads the regular constitution, it didn't seem necessary to give them the oppurtunity. it is confined all to my memory. my term ends if i don't post for an entire 1/2 of a year.

Aloysius Posted January 8, 2004 Posted January 8, 2004 yeah, but the people don't rule creepy aliens, the prez allied with the queen does. unless i make a first say to bring up the subject of recalling me, the Queen is powerless to make a second say. :becomes afraid flowery will sink to my level of tactics: oh, and disregard any quote made by flowery of my words unless in a later post i acknowledge them. even if the quote in flowery's post says that i didn't mean what i said right now, disregard it. nothing written by the president in grey letters in this thread from this point on is regarded as true unless he re-posts it after it appears in grey letters. haaaa... if i wanted to be a lawyer i could SOOO practice in PhatMass, but until then i just keep pretending i know how to write laws :cool:
