Is it a sin to watch stuff like that? Like watching Blade the series? is that a sin?

It's not a sin in itself, no. The vampires in "Blade" are depicted as the enemies of all that is good, and destroyed. In that sense, it could be seen as a parable of good vs. evil. I haven't seen the show, just the movies.

But, there may be many reasons why you wouldn't want to watch "Blade", whether violence or sexuality or whatever. Unless a movie is clearly moral trash, it's hard to say one should or shouldn't watch it. That's a matter of private sensibility and conscience.
