Lil Red Posted February 21, 2007 Share Posted February 21, 2007 since i'm pregnant, do i have to fast and/or abstain from meat? i'm supposed to have protein (i.e. meat) at every meal. also, what about when i'm breastfeeding? since i have to keep basically the same eating requirements as when i was pregnant.
