You might also consider doing what Crispin does and hire a professional drummer just for shows. It would seem a shame to let your stuff get unheard just because you're still one person short. He's kinda a jack of all trades, musically speaking, and is looking to rebuild his equipment list, so eventually we will play a little with him, but it may not be permanent. We'll play it by ear.
