dandy777
I simply love the way this man acts and interprets different roles. But I also like the way he looks. Anyone out there who shares my same views?

onathing1
I am quite convinced that Johnny Depp is the only man that can make himself more attractive by throwing dirt on his face. I love him as an actor, he's amazing, but I think he only looks good as Jack Sparrow
SJRod55
Johnny Depp is one of the most talented actors and also I guess one of the most private. He seems like a good person. Out of everyone in Hollywood he is one I would genuinely like to meet

However, I DID NOT like his character in The Libertine AT ALL. What a HORRIBLE movie! It shocked me that he'd take the role! And Rosamund Pike (one of my favorite actresses) was in that movie too. If you haven't seen the movie -- DONT!

What was it about?
It was in the late 80s/early 90s; a bunch of young-looking cops went undercover in schools to do drug bust enforcement. EVERYONE I knew had a huge crush on Johnny Depp because of this show. I only got to watch a couple b/c my parents were pretty strict about what I could and couldn't watch. Movies like Finding Neverland and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory are examples. Hes so cool...and did I mention a good actor? I mean he took the roll of a scary lookin' character like... dandy777
I am so glad there are other peeps in here who love this actor too. I don't remember the 21 Jump Street as I was still a little kid back in the 80s. However, I remember very well Edward Scissorhands and since then I watched most of his movies. I loved Secret Window. Even though it is kinda scary especially the way he kills his wife, I like the twist in the plot. I never expected that ending. I am impressed by the actor's versitility. His accent change in the movie is wonderful. I also love his sense of humour especially the one used in POTC. : Regarding his looks, well I think he is gorgeous as Jack Sparrow but he was also stunning in Finding Neverland and in Sleepy Hollow. Ash Wednesday
Johnny Depp is awesome. I don't usually mention that because everybody likes Depp. At least a lot of people from my generation that grew up with Johnny from his 21 Jumpstreet days, and I probably have a lot of Depp fans as friends. And of course the widespread adoration is well deserved! He's #2 on my favorite actor list. Of course people can PROBABLY guess who my favorite actor is. Here are the two geniuses in one cute picture sharing a laugh on the set of Sleepy Hollow. P.S. The very end of Secret Window (as in the last few seconds) was GOLD. I mean, seriously priceless. Worth every penny I paid to watch it in the theater.
