It is not often someone comes into your life unexpectadly. Yet a year ago I was brought together with Alex, then eleven years old living on the deadly streets of Addis Ababa. Some of you are aware that I am working very hard to complete the adoption of twelve year old Alex from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Alex has spent many years on the street and been abused in so many ways. Yet his charismatic personality keeps him 'alive.' He has so much 'faith' and such a strong belief in God. I would ask you all to please visit our web site dedicated to helping Alex and praying for him.

In many ways I am unworthy of helping Alex, yet I am his last chance, a thin gossamer thread between him and salvation. Each day he stays in Addis he risks being attached, mamed or worse. I plead with you all to pray for Alex and to join my on his web site with your prayers and comments so Alex can see that he is no longer alone, that he has friends who pray and think about him.
