...you know multiple melodies for Tantum Ergo.

Guilty as charged.

How about when your friends know that it is of no use talking to you when you sit down to eat because you are going to pray, but once you make the sign of the cross you're good to go.

When the guys in your dorm know that when you're in his room with the lights off, he's praying the rosary and is completely unresponsive.

...when you pray the rosary while roller-blading...and as you pray and meditate on the mysteries you go praying "and this mystery is for that old guy on the bike who just cursed at me...and this one for the lady with those two adorable children....and this one for that impatient driver who just flew by, that he may get safely wherever he's going...etc. :D

...you dress to match the liturgical season or feast (my favorite example was newly married wife who told her husband he was only allowed to wear his pink ties when the church wore pink)

I'm guilty of that! I used to choose the color of my tie based on the vestment color of the day when possible!!

THIS IS ONE OF THE GREATEST THREADS EVER hahahahah :rolling: :rolling: :rolling: :rolling: :rolling:

You know you're a Catholic dork when...

instead of playing "riddly riddly randy i see something dandy and the color of it is (NAME THAT OBJECT)...." you play NAME THAT SAINT!

...you know more weird patron saints than your Priests do

...you like to play the game apologetics with your friends and you take turns being the unbeliever

...instead of flipping to random words in the dictionary you do so with the Catechisim

...your hobby is rosary collecting

...all your bookmarks are holy cards

...no longer do any friends pictures exist in your room - only saints  now i am scared - i have gone overboard hahaha

...you want to get an autograph book for all the Priests you meet because they're you're favorite celebrities

You start every day by going to http://www.catholic-forum.com/saints/indexsnt.htm to see whose feast day it is, and it makes your day if it is one of your patrons.

I DO THAT!!!!!!!!! GUILTY!!!!!!!!!

Then throughout the day I go "St. so-and-so, you were a _________(insert random occupation, nationality, etc), so you know what it's like to ____(insert other random thing). Help me on this your feastday!

i'm such a nerd

You remember people's birthdays by associating them with a feast.

When you're scared or surprised by something you call on the Holy Family "Jesus, Mary, and Joseph"

You wince at names like Skyler, Chance, Preston, Taylor, and Chelsea but you don't bat an I at Maria de los Angeles, Eusebius, Ezekial, Maximillian, and Piergiorgio

You pray that for a saint to be the patron of your little baptist friend.

You go through the Magazines on the airplane and ask "Don't you have First Things or National Catholic Register or Columbia."

You always end up having a long conversation on an airplane with the guy next to you who "used to be" a Catholic. Bonus points if you end it by giving him your rosary, which you were praying throughout your conversation.

Someone says they're getting married and you give them a Christopher West tape.

You slip "How to pray the Rosary" and other Holy Cards into copies of Maxim.

You assume anyone named John Paul was named after the Pope, even if they were born before 1978.

You bow your head everytime someone says Jesus or Mary. Bonus points if you do it even more profoundly when they use it in vain.

Your friends immediately respond in unison "is that it doesn't show enough." When you say "The Problem with pornography . . ." Bonus points if you know who I'm quoting.

You forgot that the internet has sites that don't have the words 'catholic, mass, saint, holy, roman, pope, or communion"

When someone says that they are tired of being told what to do, you immediately begin talking about desire, and freedom, and the exaltation of the "I" (ok, that's a Communion and Liberation nerd)

Every time you hear a bell you check your watch and see if its time for the Angelus.

You know the difference between a genuflection before the tabernacle and one during exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.

That'd be JP deuce. I guess I'm a nerd for using the phrase "JP deuce" as well.
