FX2 Posted February 10, 2004 Posted February 10, 2004 ok, during the readings my church is as sexually vauge as possible. Sexually in the male/female way. When the Bible was first written, it ususally used men for a term for all people (ex:"Peace on earth, and goodwill to all men") Well, my church seems to be replacing it with neutural words. When my mom is reading, she says that words in the readings are scribbled out and written over with degenderfied words. Now i think this is tottally wrong, seeing that its God's word. What do you think?
