Dave Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004 Check out this website and what it has to say. I hate to judge but these guys are nuts. No argument from me about the nuts part!
Laudate_Dominum Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004 This is the stupidest load of carp I've ever read! LOL! "God does not exist, we were the ones who made all life on earth, "you mistook us for gods and distorted our teachings of love" "we now reveal how to realise your potential and achieve global peace" "- Yahweh Who do these people think they are? ::
cmotherofpirl Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004 (edited) How do you get an atheists religion, are they not a contradiction in terms? Edited February 11, 2004 by cmotherofpirl
sem1357 Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004  does anyone actually take these guys seriously?
God Conquers Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004 haha, these guys are crazy... but dangerous. Their headquarters is in Quebec and they're founded by a former French Race Car Driver. They believe that salvation will come through the perfection of the human race with cloning. Many people are sucked into the movement because of the sexual improprieties practiced at their meetings. They continue to make attempts to clone humans, and finance doctors around the world for this purpose. They are sick and evil.
Laudate_Dominum Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004 Yes, and all the references to Yahweh and Elohim and other Jewish and Christian things creep me out. The logo is a stylized star of David. It's a sick and demonic mockery of God and His Revelation to man.
EcceNovaFacioOmni Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004 (edited) I'm not kidding, these people need serious help. Good thing most of the world's sane individuals regard them as wackos too. Edited February 11, 2004 by thedude
Kilroy the Ninja Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004 You know the whole movement will probably die out with "His Holiness Rael"... you know when he goes so goeth the stupidity. At least we can hope...
Jake Huether Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004 If they are indeed trying to clone, regardless of the success, we must remember their brutalized and destroyed victims, who have unwillingly sacrificed their innocent lives for the advancement of this sacraligiouse satanism in root.
hyperdulia again Posted February 12, 2004 Posted February 12, 2004 scientology still around...hubbard's dead (we really should pray for his repose).
Jake Huether Posted February 12, 2004 Posted February 12, 2004 http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=stor...apeutic_cloning Raelian may be phony, but unfortunatly this doesn't look like a fake. God have mercy on us.
Jake Huether Posted February 12, 2004 Posted February 12, 2004 http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=stor...nyet24002121443 Read the pic. It takes 30 (Thirty) HUMANS to create ONE stem cell line. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! **pulls hair out, rips close, and weeps**.
Laudate_Dominum Posted February 12, 2004 Posted February 12, 2004 we are really playing with fire. what are people thinking! I wish I had some sack cloth and ashes
MJS Posted February 12, 2004 Posted February 12, 2004 I think it is interesting that these people show the same amount of zeal for their beliefs as many of you do about yours.
Laudate_Dominum Posted February 12, 2004 Posted February 12, 2004 yeah, it's sad to think how zealous so many groups are (PETA, these guys, Planned Parenthood, etc), when us Catholics are generally not that zealous! If we were half as zealous as them.. We've got the true, saving gospel. :(
Kilroy the Ninja Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 scientology still around...hubbard's dead (we really should pray for his repose). tru dat, but the Raelians don't have any major stars associated with them to keep funding the insanity. But who knows who is in their pocket? And you're right. We should pray for ol' Hubbard. I think where ever he is, he is still laughing.
MJS Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 yeah, it's sad to think how zealous so many groups are (PETA, these guys, Planned Parenthood, etc), when us Catholics are generally not that zealous! If we were half as zealous as them.. We've got the true, saving gospel. I would say the Catholics on here are very very zealous.. wouldn't you??
Laudate_Dominum Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 I would say the Catholics on here are very very zealous.. wouldn't you?? of course! The "we" in that post obviously refers to Catholics in general.
MJS Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 I don't think you are just half as zealous as them, I think you are more zealous was my point. You were saying you aren't that zealous. just making things clear
