good commentary. Ann said nothing other than what Christianity has been saying for 2000 years... minus her clear OSAS slant (calling Christianity the "express lane" which "bypasses all the laws" by admitting we'll all just sin anyway)... it's not shocking, it's Christian doctrine.

I'm guessing there was a time when your standards were higher.

Hehe :) I can't say my standards haven't dropped. So to speak.

Ann is a pretty lady tho. But she sometimes dresses like a skank and very often gives herself too much attention. 2 turn-offs. On the other hand, I don't see why she would have a crush on me either.

Theologian in Training

My pastor dragged me to a Clergy Council Meeting in which the Rabbi brought this topic up for us to discuss. So, there were three Catholic priests, a couple of Protestant ministers, a Unitarian minister, a Muslim minister, and a psychologist, with specialties in existential help and the like and, the consensus was she was wrong in her assessment, she was short sighted in believing her beliefs were the definitive word, and, ultimately, God does not care about religion.

When it was over my pastor looked at me and told me that was why he did not go to those meetings too frequently..

I looked at him and told him that that was probably one of the most painful meetings I had to attend...

I've had to attend some pretty painful meetings, so I understand.

It's so hard to be "on the underground."
