Thank you for this link, as well as all of the other amazing links (and pictures) you have provided.
This one is especially moving.
I have been meaning to thank you for a quite a while to your fantastic contribution to this phorum, and have been lax in doing so. Please let me do so now. You bring much to the members here. Your knowledge and generosity are appreciated and much needed!

[Ave Maria Totus Tuus]

I love this movie! Everyone needs to get it...what a prayer and encouragement that the entire film is. Praise God!

[Mari Therese]

Absolutely wonderful, I pray that God can helps us see like him.

Thank you.

[Saint Therese]

I found this film PROFOUNDLY affective. The life of these Carthusian monks is sublimely beautiful. Never in need of reform because never deformed...

[EJames2]

well, i suppose you'll all enjoy this too as well.

That was absolutely beautiful. I have the DVD of the whole movie but I haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

That said: you can go to that GloriaTV website and hunt for "the blind monk" video excerpt (do a search there).
I just did:
visually this is a rather static excerpt from the long documentary.
Subtitles are given, thankfully, when the monk responds to questions, or volunteers opinions.
Thankfully, because his voice is so soft and low that you can scarcely hear his actual French speech.

So, given all those limitations, if you want to see some inspiring subtitles...the other posters are correct, this is a very moving moment.
