It's set as my desktop. It's simply amazing. The past and present fuse... it's almost telling the story of the young Ratzinger who would be called to be the Vicar of Christ. Simply awesome. God is good! Btw, this is up there with the plain-ol'-version. That's my favourite too :)

Yeah, I have a large monitor at hi-res but my desktop still fills up entirely with folders and other icons every couple of months. I have three quarters of a terabyte worth of junk on my computer. :(

It is mostly because of my work. I tend to beat up on computers pretty hard. The amount of clutter that I accumulate actually makes me kind of sick. haha

I like how you added the fiddler to "fix" the low resolution of the original. Nice.

To me the lower half of the picture appears to have been slided to the right side. Does it appear that way to anyone else?

EDIT: Nevermind, it looks okay now. I wonder what happened a few minutes ago.

I learn this trick sometime ago, of course it only mostly works if you want the image to be "artistic" and not a true photo.

This one is good for my wide screen. I'm adding it to my desktop pic folder to put in rotation. For me it's only better when my desktop is cleaner. LOL

Awesome job! Thank you for making it a 16:10 aspect ratio. :)
