kujo
How'd you get ahold of that? I thought it wasn't being released until July 8. (I've got a copy pre-ordered, and am looking forward to getting it this week.) I posted this in another thread, but in case anybody missed it, the reviews have been quite positive. (Rotten Tomatoes) Sounds promising!
I know a guy. Check it out, man. It's really good. Generally, if I have zero interest in a particular movie, I stay out of threads about it, but maybe that's just me. That said, just got and watched Gotham Knight - fun stuff! Era Might
Very few movies interest me enough to actually go see them, but I think I will have to see this movie. I enjoyed Batman Begins.

Socrates
Which chapter did you like the most?
Hard to say - I thought most of them were pretty good. I'd say my faves would probably be "Crossfire" and "Deadshot." Both well-written, and had good artwork. The background art on "Deadshot" was outstanding, and "Crossfire" featured the best-looking Batman (some of those Japanimated versions of Batman looked pretty weird). I didn't like the look of that one where Bruce Wayne looked like a standard manga/anime girly-man. My least favorite was the first, "Have I Got a Story for You" - the kids' dialog was annoying, and I thought the artistic style of the people, with the skinny arms and legs, felt wrong for a Batman story. I'd recommend the special two-DVD or the Blue-Ray edition, which has some cool extra features, including Bruce Timm's four favorite animated episodes from the '90s. I really appreciated the storyline...and the plotline--him struggling to get out of the sewer with his injuries-- was particularly appropriate for me at this time in my life. I agree with you about "Have I Got a Story For You." It seemed cheesy and the animation was bizzare.
