Aw, dimples! And Kieran was a ventouse (suction) delivery, too, but because he was face-up & starting to get distressed.

Dude, it's anatomy, and we're using it in the context of childbirth, not sex. Besides, "natural" childbirth usually implies unassisted (forceps, ventouse, etc) & no pain relief or induction. I wouldn't call my labour & delivery completely natural because I had gas & air, then a shot, and then delivery by ventouse. It was still vaginal, but not natural.

You took the words right outta my mouth (so to speak). When you're reading a thread about a baby's birth or pregnancy you've got to expect that there might be a mildly "graphic" description here or there. There is nothing sexy about vaginal deliveries, natural or assisted.
