Just came up with this interpretation of Vulcan Plomeek Soup.

Plomeek Soup a la Earth #5

1/2 Kabocha squash (no need to peel)
1/2 Fennel bulb
1/2 Rutabaga
1 Turnip
3 Jerusalem artichokes
1/2 Parsnip
1 Burdock root
2 Beets (essential for the lovely purple color)
1/8 Ginger root
2 Carrots
4 Shiitake mushrooms
A bit of seaweed

Finely slice the vegetables, cover with plenty of water and slow cook on a low heat.

I did the prep work for two batches so that the second time the soup is made (preferably in a day or two) it will be super fast. Just served it with a bit of tofu and scallion along with a cup of plomeek tea.

Peace and long life.
