tinytherese
It really ticks me off when people (including those in the court system) interrogate the victim as if they were the villain. Line like, "You were asking for it," or "You probably deserved it," or "What were you wearing?"or "What were you doing being out alone at the time?" really tick me off. Nothing justifies dehumanizing ANYONE. These victims need compassion and justice for such horrible acts done to them. They have already suffered more than they ever should have and accusing them of inviting such attacks on their dignity is just plain shameful and sickening. And we wonder why so many victims remain silent!
