InHisLove726 Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 I've been having trouble sleeping for the past few days. I can't seem to get on and stay on a set sleep schedule. I know most of it has to do with the fact that my days are filled with literally nothing to do because I am not employed right now (actively searching though). My ARNP told me to start taking Melatonin 3mg when I couldn't sleep, but I felt so weird the next day, like my mind was in a fog. I've also tried drinking hot decaffeinated tea to relax me, and it works a little, but I just cannot sleep. I spend hours on the computer at night because my mind is like wide awake. I know I should probably look into doing volunteer work, but I am waiting until after this week because I have an appointment tomorrow to talk to the Job Placement Service with the state for an orientation. It's 2 hours long. I just hope that I can get some sleep tomorrow night so I am prepared for the meeting. Prayers please! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
