yeah, I was contrasting to Roman collars.

That reminds me of an improv skit I saw some guys do here called "interrogation", where one guy had to leave the room while the crowd picks a normal action that could not be considered a crime, an accomplice and a place. This one guy was being weird and screaming "the pope! the vatican!" Trying to be a funny guy or something. But the three things ended up being a popped collar, with the Fonz at the Vatican. So the "suspect" comes back in and the interrogators had to try and get him to admit he popped his collar with the Fonz in the Vatican without saying those words. Let me tell you, it was funny hearing the references to those who "can't pop their collars". Lawl.
