Abc Special Last Night - Jesus And Paul

Did anyone else watch this show? It was horrid. Of course, ABC is owned by Disney, and every Christian knows that Eisner, and his band of secular humanists are Jews that hate everything about Jesus.

About 80% of the airtime was devoted to Jews, or outright deniers of Christ's divinity like Spong and John Dominic Crossens.

They kept calling Christianity, the "Jesus sect" and other derogatory terms.

So, who else watched this abomination?

I certainly concur. I would like to have seen some conservative scholars as well, but quite frankly I was not surprised. The Enemy would not permit one of his major weapons to be used for good. Anyway, I too will be warning my congregation that the deck is stacked as usual. I will also tell them to judge the words of the so-called experts by the Word of God.

Both channels are owned by the same parent company, Disney and Disney is owned by secular humanists, many Jews in leadership who dislike any form of Christianity, so it is only natural that what you saw on TV is only a PORTION of what they wanted to do, but didn't dare to....

Unfortunetly not everyone was smart enough to know it for the pollution it is. My stepmom called me to tell me that although she knows we gave up TV for lent we should watch it as "school time" with the kids!!!! UGH!!!!!!

I just went to that link Theo gave and sent them an email. This junk has got to stop. I know there are people out there that actually believe this stuff, they have no clue and they rely on people like Jennings to tell them the truth.

Those people that are lost because of this kind of reporting will be on Mr Jennings, and others like him.

I did get a chance to watch it, alittle bit anyway. I was more interested in watching Bill Oreilly and another show on EWTN. But what I did watch I just smirked at, bunch of junk.

I was suprised though that they had a few priests on, one of them I could of slapped. While they were on their way down some stairs to show where Pauls conversion was, he stopped at a box on the wall and said "this is our collection basket where donations would be greatly accepted"...why, oh why, did he just say that? Wasnt even important, just came off as some money hungry priest...grrr :angry:

I don't think I ever understood why, with respect to biblical studies, we are taught the good, bad, and ugly. Alas, now it all makes sense, to understand that shows like this are historically inept, side with those that have a bone to pick with the Catholic Church, and just plain want to focus on the Jesus of history alone.

I saw that, and my skin crawled too, that Priest KNEW he was on a TV show, and should have known that what he said was NOT going to come off correctly, I think it was just a standard line that Priest used for every visitor and it just rolled off his tounge wihtout him being aware of the possiblity of it making the show. Of course, knowing the anti Christian attitude of TV, he was totally remiss.

PS: I wonder how much that 'box' makes in a day...grin?

PS: Swindol makes his fairly, selling books, now Hinn, he is an Ex Catholic ... but hey, I guess he had to learn the game somewhere didn't he?
