I think I have watched enough project runway episodes now to potentially construct my own garment.

I think it'd be nice if she had become a novice in the 2nd "Sister Act" movie.. especially if that movie took place more than two years later.

I'd like it if the dress were longer. Like ankle-length.

You dread pantyhose? I dread the see through lycra kind, but mostly I wear cotton ones. I wear pants very rarely, so I think I'll be fine.

Oh,believe me, I am pro pettipants. I wear pettipants. It's possible to wear pettipants and above the knee socks too though with a non full length skirt.( Is this starting to feel a little like the ppc?)

I know what you mean. I HATE pantyhose or tights. Whenever I wear them I am super uncomfortable. They bind my stomach (I have a very sensitive tummy) and make me feel like I'm wearing a girdle. When I was discerning religious life, I was hoping and praying that whatever community God called me to, that they didn't waer hose--or at least allowed me to wear thigh highs.

This is the postulant outfit for the Passionist Nuns. It looks like the veil is pretty long in the back, or maybe its just the picture.
