Thank you all for the advice!

I've been praying Lauds and Compline since June, but to be honest I've been slacking as of late. That needs to change! Actually, I pray Lauds when I get up which is so early I should be praying Matins!

And since I work for a church, I get to go to either a Mass or Communion service in the morning (depends on class schedule where I go). That's one of the most helpful things. And even if I can't go, a religion teacher once told me that there's something called a spiritual communion.
