I found phatmass when I was looking up something on Google (I think?) and I lurked for a long time before joining.

I found phatmass when I first started listening to a lot of rap, and i searched google for Catholic rap. Phatmass was the first or second thing to pop up i think. After coming back a couple times to look at the music, i found the phorum, and lurked for a while, and joined! best decision evurrrr.

I really have no recollection about HOW I came across Phatmass. I just know it happened when I was very annoyed with my high school, and distraught over the death of JPII and how everyone around me was acting over the election of Benedict XVI. I was so happy to discover a place where people weren't acting like Pope Benedict XVI wasn't a huge mistake. It was the first phorum I ever joined, and since then, no other ones have really appealed to me, even forums not related to Catholicism. They're either too big or too small and not at all as homey as PM. I PM.
