You put a ball of ice cream into the middle of it, and put it on top of a bottle of coke (or whatever) and then you drank through it. Found myself thinking of it and did a google search (not on Phatmass but in the outer world, so don't blame me for the slow server!) and found it!!!! It aparently was part of the early space race craze!!! AND... they're selling them AGAIN Fizz-nik!
