Some of the Second Federations are solid as well. The difference is that they have the schools attached, which is a good balance for some called to monastic life.

I can't speak for the other houses in that federation, but both Brooklyn and Georgetown (Washington DC) seem solid, prayerful, wear habits, etc...... see links above.

Not sure about all the houses, but the Nuns at Brooklyn profess solemn vows as well...
