Is there anything else I should work on? Any advice on anything other than "Just be you"?

Would you like an alphabetized list?

Or a list in order of importance?

Or a list from easiest to most difficult?

perhaps cross-referenced with patron saints?

Or listed chronologically?

Also in terms of deodorant, I am quite partial to Old Spice. I don't like antiperspirant. And if I switch brands it usually irritates my skin.

I agree with the old spice, though i use anti-perspirant/deordorant. It seems like Old Spice is the only brand that doesn't not iritate my skin.... I am quite sensitive, obvs.

Oxy makes my face itchy and dry.

Then maybe give you date a pen and have her connect the dots.

I must say, I have had tons of changes happen. I have been fighting with my sister for over a year about my acne, saying it's fine and it will go away. I told my sister tonight to get acne stuff and show me the ropes. I even bought a comb! I never comb my hair! Well, now I do, I just didn't used to. My posture has improved greatly as well. I'm working on being more outgoing, on laughing and smiling, etc. I'm outgoing by nature, but my stuttering has always held me back. Now I have decided to not let that get in the way. I practiced it at seminary this weekend, and it really worked. A lot of the time my stuttering wasn't even a problem, and when it was I just worked through it. I'm trying to be more expressive, which again I naturally am at home with my sister, but not to anyone else. Is there anything else I should work on? Any advice on anything other than "Just be you"?

I would recommend using Proactiv, it's worth it.

I'm in MIkolbe's boat. I find the gel ones make me really itchy, so I stick with the antiperspirant ones. Plus, the gel ones don't really work, in my experience.

That's why you should also moisturize (no matter what face soap you use). It won't make you break out worse, but when you wash your face you should follow up with a lightweight moisturizer. You don't need much, just a pea sized drop.

Lotion for your face. Made specifically for faces, not regular body lotion.
