IcePrincessKRS Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 That had to hurt. You bet it does. I actually had that happen to me. I had bruises on my arms and legs where the bar hit, and my elbow hurt for over a month. I literally feel that guy's pain. Needless to say I'm very leery of pull up bars now.
