[Kayte Postle]

I'll post some pictures of my favorite order, the Franciscan TOR's!

[Mary's Child]

They are great I almost went to visit them but at this point I dont feel that I need to go visit anywhere else.

I posted this in the last thread but these Sisters need some love  :saint2:

They are the female branch of the Missionaries of the Poor   :nun3:

Mother Wendy shot her first deer putting meat on the table for the Sisters (Nuisance Permit makes it legal).

Processing the deer meat; venison is for dinner!!

[Totally Franciscan]

I'm sorry, but that photo breaks my heart!  We have deer here where I live, and they become pets.

[ToJesusMyHeart]

They are over-populated in Steubenville. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset you. :(

Very beautiful the first foto!

[Kateri89]

Sooooo cute!

I love seeing different orders together in pictures.  Plus both of these orders are amazing!!!

[Feankie]

The deer photo (for us animal lovers) was really difficult and upsetting to see. We have an overpopulation of them here in Wisconsin as well and I cringe/cry when i see their bodies after they've been hit on the Interstate.  Perhaps we could refrain from posting photos like that one in deference to those of us who are tenderhearted toward animals of any kind.

[ToJesusMyHeart]

I'm an animal lover too, y'all.

Didn't the good Lord give us animals for our food?

But I'll be sure not to post animal pictures again.
