Im not sure whether anyone knows this, but Morphs signature shows a parimilitary group in Northern Ireland who have killed many people and I personally find it offensive, Im not sure if Morph realises his mistake but the IRA are not an association that Christians want to be associated with and I would appreciate it if it could be changed

There is a thread about it in the lame board. You are not alone.

Ahhh, sorry, i havent been on that board. i didnt really expect it to be on that board because it is a VERY serious matter and i find it very offensive, thanks for letting me know :D

Posted

Yeh it is a serouis matter but it seems to have arisen in a thread there and someone made a thread about it in order to stop from hijacking the thread in which it had arisen. And if that makes any sense, I shall be worried about your sanity.

Posted

lol, yeah, i understand, thanks. Can DuST (hope i got it right) not do anything about it because it is REALLY annoying me, it hits a nerve u could say

Ohh but if someone has a Pro-US Admin sig, or Pro-Us sig, its just fine, even though America has been one of the largest terror supporting organizations on this planet.

Even if it were the case that the US were a terror organization:

1. The US is a sovereign state.

2. The US is devoted to many things other than terrorism, including anti-terrorism.

3. The US is generally a peaceful nation.

You think you're the only person of Irish descent here? I'm half Irish, and a most interesting mix, 25% Northern "Orangeman" Irish and 25% Southern "Greenman" or "Mick" Irish. I have friends whose homes were bombed by terrorists in Ireland. I'm against the IRA and everything it stands for.

Furthermore, you keep saying that it is hypocritical for Americans to be against the IRA, but if America really does sponsor terror, and you are against it, but support the IRA, the main purpose of which is terror, wouldn't that make you a hypocrite, too?

Have you ever been to Belfast or Northern Ireland?

And what do you think the IRA, PIRA, CIRA are fighting for?

IRA stands for a unified Ireland. That is the whole point of the organization. So you are against that.

No no no. nice twist, see this is why I save my work on here now.

I said its hypocritical of the US Admin to call others terrorists, when it is one itself.

No.

If your trying to use that as an excuse, that Im somehow stupid or ignorant about it then, dont bother, a scientists can be in a lab, and still learn the truth.

If your not, then ignore the above.

Does the IRA employ bad ways to get their independence? Just because you're against a group does not mean you don't support their cause. This is way too often what people think.
