A lot of my professors do lol  They scare me  lol
my piano teacher at college always wears a suit and tie with a sweater vest underneath. he is sooo cute. and sooo sweet. he also has rubber shoe covers to wear when it rains or snows. lol he should really have retired a LONG time ago because he is sooo old, but he just loves teaching.

My husband bought me a diamond cross some years ago. I was shocked, since it seemed rather unusual for him to 'show his faith'.

I cried.
I havent taken it off since.

Darned hubby got me all teary-eyed again. :weep:

Pax.

A 6th centurybronze Byzantine stigmata cross is always around my neck.... it was a gift from my best friend Dan and when I am traveling abroad a St. Christopher medal from my Mother.

just givin' ya a hug! hubbies do the strangest things. one minute you're so angry cuz they won't pick up their clothes and put them in the hamper (my hubby likes to leave his clothes in the living room where God and everybody can see ) then they turn around and do something totally surprising, like giving you flowers for no reason, or sitting down and rubbing your feet when you really need it. *sigh*

He rubbed my shoulders the other night while I was making dinner, he must have known it was sore.

I bout nearly passed out it felt so good.
I told him he had 20 minutes to cut that out!

I've got a Miraculous Medal and a Saint Teresa of Avila medal. (My two vocation guides)

I've also a small wooden cross and my 3-inch Crucifix of Saint Benedict which my priest friend brought back for me from Italy. It's so beautiful, and when I first saw it, I was afraid to put it on... I felt unworthy to touch such a beautiful thing. But now I wear it frequently.
