Well, this is old news, I'm just hearing it, but word has it that Katie Holmes is embracing Scientology since she's dating Cruise... and she was supposedly a devout Catholic. Typical Hollywood... This only makes me wanna increase my prayers even more for the conversion of souls--especially fallen away Catholics.

But also, the media scews many points. Especially about Catholics. Whats "devout" to one religion may not be "devout" in another...

And Travolta sputtered something along the lines that according to Scientology, one could be a Scientologist and a Catholic-- it just makes you a better Catholic... Too bad the Catholic Church doesn't agree... I wonder if Cruise believes that he is both a Scientologist and a Catholic...

I for one do disagree with the teachings of Scientology and believe it to be in error... However - while we may disagree with Scientology and its teachings, neither the "faith" nor the believer warrant ridicule...

He said the beginning and ending were pretty okay, but the middle 500 pages dragged...
