Not so much......what happened to the Cathedral? I would assume that the church which holds his chair would be more appropriate. Don'tcha think?
qfnol31 Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 It was too small. Our Cathedral is tiny. Had they used the largest parish in our diocese, there would have been enough "seats" for maybe 10 per parish. As my Priest said, "That's murder the Priest."
franciscanheart Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 Aw I really wanted to be there! Did you SEE the traffic in Dallas? THEN it started pouring down rain. People were driving slower than they would in school zones while kids were crossing the street!! It was nuts. Finally we just pulled over. Then camped at my granparents til it cleared there. Then when we finally get home at 9 our power is out and has been for three hours!!
EcceNovaFacioOmni Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 I hope your bishop is as dynamite as our relatively new one (a year maybe...). He's been knocking heads in one of America's most liberal dioceses (Toledo).

Sinner Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 It was a great Mass...... never been to anything like it. Rumor is that his coat of arms has the Eucharist/Monstrance in the center. Now there's a nice change for the Diocese of FW!! Let us pray that some orthodoxy is coming our way! hooooooooooooot!!!!!!!!
