For a few reasons, one being that Antrax is really hard to aerolize (sp?) and secondly it is it is treatable with anti-bios. Also, the shot, I hear is nasty. The only person I know for sure who has had it (he was just discharged for medical reasons from the National Guard) has had a ton of problems with it. I am not sure I would quite feel safe with it.
