White Knight Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 I'm wondering are there any Catholic Rock Bands? if so can you name some please? I'm not Catholic, but I'd still like to know.
Anastasia13 Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 I don't know what bands are Catholic and what are Protestant.
melporcristo Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 No -- Relient K isn't Catholic. I haven't gotten the actual no from the guys in the band -- but I assume due to much of their older lyrics like "Failure to Excommunicate". Also -- many of the bands named are Protestant -- either way, I like the artists who sing about a relationship with Christ but then again I like the ones who sing about how much it rocks being Catholic. So here is my list: 1. Seven Sorrows 2. Matt Maher 3. Mars Ill 4. Under Oath
rocks n texas Posted July 18, 2005 Posted July 18, 2005 1. Slayer 2. System of a Down 3. Nirvana 4. Norma Jean 5. AC/DC there are probably some more, but i'm too lazy to think of them
rocks n texas Posted July 18, 2005 Posted July 18, 2005 y'all probably haven't heard of Cannibal Corpse, but they are one of my favorite bands too.
