I dont get food at the movies its ridiculously expensive. If I watch a movie at home I dont generally eat anything unless someone makes popcorn.

Actually, the poor movie theatres only make any profit on concessions. In order to pay the movie studios and keep ticket prices reasonable, they only get like 15 or 20 cents of any ticket. So that's why they hike the prices up.

I used to get pop and popcorn, but now I have some weird food reactions that prevent me from eating anything other than healthy.

i brought a Wendy's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Delux into the theater last fri when i went to see The Island. sooo funny. just the previews starting up and light dimming and all you hear is me unwrapping a burger and crunching into it "MMMmmmm this BURGER is DELISCIOUS".

fyi: those jr bacon cheeseburger fit really well in your pocket!

In high school I would always get my favorie candy at the dollar store that was right next to the movie theatre, but then the movie theater moved.

So now I usually don't get anything, since its so much money. Plus, it is true what p-hawk said about the movie theatres only making money off of concessions, so I feel kinda bad smuggling in food. Darn conscience!! :bugeyes:

if I want candy, chips or soda, usually I go to the drugstore. The snacks are cheaper and they have more of a selection... If I want popcorn, usually I get that at the movies.

i haven't been to the movie theater in forever though. in fact, i haven't seen a movie in forever.

if i have money then a drink and popcorn (lol i dont know y the popcorn cuz i have one in my room) and then it depens if i stay longer cuz i go with a friend or 2. so we stay for like 2 moives or so
