This millipede is one of the coolest things I've ever done. I actually borrowed it from another teacher to show my students and they went . We're cool like that. (but I HATE roaches. My future husband better like killing them. That's one of the requirements: Not afraid to kill a roach. : ) and look at the cool chair in my classroom library this year. Era Might Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 A tip for your future husband: make sure he doesn't stomp the roaches with his shoes. If its pregnant, the eggs will embed themselves in the soles, and your children will have unwanted siblings :

Awesome joke, I'm using it and saying, millipede!!! But then I'd have to say hand 258 times. nevermind!!!! : Tarantulas are pretty cool if someone else is holding them. Just the fact that they are potentionally dangerous (you could defang them) nawww. I can imagine the parents now, "You let my baby hold a TARANTULA?!" Andrea348 Posted August 20, 2005 Posted August 20, 2005 hmmm...a millipede is a pretty cool class pet. hermit crabs are kind of boring. i live by the ocean and everyone and their brother has them. good luck on the pet hunt!!! my friend is trying to convince me to get a pet for my classroom. i told her no. i am a music teacher...there is no need for a pet.
