Akalyte sounds dope, but i think i would agree with everyone else that no matter what, i will still think and speak of you as "Just" (i also drop the MC a lot when i speak of you) But i think inDEED has a point, you could do a song called "akalyte" and then start using that name to refer to yourself in your songs. I don´t listen secual rap anymore, but i remeber that Nas used to be "Nasty Nas", then he was "Nas" then he was "Escobar" or something like that. Red Man started calling himself "the Doc" Puff Daddy started calling himself "p-DIDDY" Heck, i was "anonymous" and then i changed to "the Apologist" and some still call me "anonymous". Some don´t even call me anymore... Yo, i think it adds character, it sounds dope, but just make JUST just the product name- like Moses-Merlin said. Then 5 albums down the road you can just put out an album under the name "Akalyte" with the album title "Akalyte-matic" Dope idea Dust. Now we need another name for you... Man, i´ma start calling inDEED, "Deed" and then later i´ll call him "phat Phoenix phlex (PPP)" jejeje Then he´ll probably start calling me just "apologist" and then once i start calling him PPP, he will just start calling me "stupid" Then i´ll call Sammy Blaze just "Sammy" then later i´ll call him "Godsent" since his skills are so heavenly phat-licious. : Hey, maybe that´s Sammy´s new name "Heavenly Phat-licious" just kidding jejeje

zealousrap Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 just...pray about it, that will make choosing easy. haha I just remembered the names I used to go by...my first rap name was Lun with a german u, a dude gave me that name cuz he said I made him laugh, was loony, plus i have some german in my blood (but mostly irish swiss and others)...and then I used A-Hos cuz the dude that taught me most of what I know with rapping named me that (Aaron HOStetter). hahaha Zealous is the first one I chose myself. sorry bout the tangent this thread is bringing me back.
