Lil Red Posted October 6, 2005 Author Posted October 6, 2005 we received power back at about 5am this morning. i actually threw off blankets because my hubby is like a little heater, and with all the blankets, i was sweating! PPOP ~ 8 DAYS??? holy smokes! i'm glad that wasn't us!
thessalonian Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 I saw on our news last night there was 10 inches of rain close by. Lots of cars and houses flooded. Here is the story: http://www.kstp.com/article/stories/s10755.html I think it is part of the storm that gave you all that snow. We had a few fluries today in St. Paul. Man the storms have been bad this year. As you will recall we had a nasty one in my neighborhood a couple of weeks ago. It took out alot of trees and damaged most wood fences.
Lil Red Posted October 6, 2005 Author Posted October 6, 2005 yeah, i'm worried about this winter i hope that everyone makes it okay. you didn't get flooded, did you?

Proud2BCatholic139 Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 Yeah, after a monsoon hit the twin cities, we are expected to get snow in the coming days.
philothea Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 We got a bit of drizzle... ...and then a 40+ degree drop! Time to go dig out those winter clothes. Glad your power is back on, Red.
