[quote name='Theoketos' date='Oct 13 2005, 12:36 AM']Hey Deacon Theo, any idea how transform .wma files into playable files on a mac in iTunes?

I just downloaded iTunes 6.0

It is awesome. I could not be happier in the Mac Revolution.

Yeah, go to FILE ADD TO LIBRARY and then click on the song or folder of songs you want to convert. It usually recognizes those songs that are in .wma format and asks if you want to convert them.

Easiest way to do it is to just create a folder of all the songs you want to convert then add them to the library in itunes and then let it convert them for you. However, if they are protected .wma files it will not convert them unless something else is done first, but that is illegal and I don't want listening to music to become a moral issue ;)

Thanks man.

PS I WANT A NANO SO FREAKING BAD!

Instead I am having a child. In the end human life is better than macintosh apples. :)

It was my uncle's birthday this past weekend, so my family got him a digital camera. Only thing is he already has a digital camera. So, he took the camera back and with the money bought himself an iPod Nano. Not a bad exchange if you ask me ;)

what'd be good for re-encoding DVDs -> mpeg4? I'd like to rip some in something other than the native format.
