yes its in communion with rome. St. Alphonsus its on saratoga street, right by cathederal street and the basillica. very pretty church the indult is celebrated there.

You might just want to wait until all is said and done and they reveal what they want to the public. These are drafts, and even final drafts can be changed if the Pope desires to do so.
