I've joined the debate.

As a former Anti-Catholic protestant, there will be little they can throw at me I once did not think myself. I have decided to go by the name [edit: top secret info] on that Forum. I plan on putting forward in a methodical way, the struggles I went through as my own Sola Scriptura views began to crumble. I am posting the questions I had, the scriptures that propted them, and asking for their views, that way I can continue to ask more probing questions to show the holes in the doctrines of the Protestant Faiths.

Remember though, Apologetics, and moving from Anti-Catholic to Catholic is not quick, nor easy. Often in my own life my pride prevented me from publically allowing my position to shift even though my heart was.

That is awesome.

However, being the people they are there, they will nit pick tiny things in it because they cannot refute the truth.

Great job though :)

Yes, but she used sole scripture to defend it. So she's evidently a prottie. :lol_roll: Just kidding. It is a great thread and last I looked they hadn't responded. In fact they seem to be responding less and less. Though I do suspect they will start just cutting and pasting from the web. That is what those who really don't have the ability to debate us eventually do.

Sites like that make me so happy to be wrapped in the fullness of Truth...and so sad to see the insanity and hatred that anything else brings...

I just went through one thread and it looks like your probably right, at least about once_catholic. He is erol. In one place once_catholic quotes the scriptures about necromacy. Charges are made against once_catholic but then erol comes on and answers them as if they were directed toward him. Which of course they were. A pillar of honesty is what we are up against. :topsy:

So Erol is pretending to be a bunch of other protties? Sad.

yea, its really rather pathetic. his board never got alot of traffic anyway......

I don't think that Erol is necessarily posting on multiple names.
If you look here on PM there are alot of things that are said here that seem like they could have been posted by the same person, but aren't. If Erol holds the same belief as Once_Catholic and Once was challenged, then Erol may feel like he was challenged as well. I give the benifit of the doubt to Erol. Besides Once does do a better job at using and more often than Erol (although both are lacking)

Does anyone know anyother "good" anti-catholic forums? I like debating the faith with those who don't believe it, but I don't know if I like that forum alot

I would just like to mention how awesome and funny it is that those threads are completely overwhelmed with Catholic apologetics, now. I think it's getting to the point where they could be used by the seeker to better understand the Catholic Faith.
