yeah, someone in another dorm tried to keep a stray kitten they found on campus...I think another student ratted them out.

Now, you could always try bribing everyone on your floor...make it a group effort...

How do you bribe a whole floor?
I mean, what do you have to dofor/ pay out to all those people?
And If you know how to bribe a whole floor, would you please tell: it could come in handy some day.

Well, I suppose you could either physically bribe them, or get them in on the deed...make the creature a (VERY) unofficial mascot. You'll just have to find the right motivation for the people on your floor.
